How can I help my Child playing sports

The most important thing in helping your child is to support Them. Let him know how much you love Them. Make sure they know you will love him no matter what happens. Give them the freedom to play sports because it’s fun. Let him know they are your champion even if they loose or don’t get to play. Some day they will grow up and have a life that is separate from yours. You can build a legacy of love and caring that will live forever. It is super important for you to know what your child thinks about regarding sports and life in general. They hear what you say and see what you do. Your influence is more important than anyone else’s. Children carry with them many of your lessons of life. Many of these are what they see and hear.
Ask your child to help you understand what their thoughts are about the  sports they play.  What is it about their performance they like or dislike? Help them get over barriers or limitations that probably don’t excise, but they do in the child’s mind . These are things that can be done through reassurance and basic knowledge. When you identify some aspect you don’t understand, ask for help from someone who has knowledge of this area. One of the hardest things for a child playing sports is a parent living his athletic life through the child. Let him play for fun to build character and self-esteem. Give their involvement the opportunity to make new friends and have personal achievement. Down play the necessity to win at all costs. Let him know you would rather lose the game than win and lose a friendship.
